Our own home just didn’t compare
I have stayed at some pretty fancy places by the lake but when you’re talking about taupo luxury accommodation it is pretty hard to beat the place we had the pleasure of staying at last time. Actually I think luxury is an understatement for this place, it was one of the most extravagant buildings I have ever seen and the rooms were like something you would expect to see in a palace. Of course it wasn’t the cheapest place in the world to stay at but it was worth every penny. The only down side to staying somewhere like this is that when we arrived home, our house paled in comparison.
