My Favorite Ab Exercise

Recently I lost quite a bit of weight, but I was disappointed to see how flabby my stomach remained. My best friend got me a huge exercise ball for my birthday and she said by using it I could tone my midsection. By using that ball, I really get the best ab exercise. I can do crunches while on the ball which gives me a great range of motion and a little resistance. I can also sit on the ball while I am reading which passively works my abdomen to make my whole tummy tighter and stronger while I enjoy a book.
